Bordered Sycamore Bowl - Lightly Spalted - 15cm - #35

£50.00

This bowl was hand-turned from a great sycamore tree that once stood beside my workshop on Exmoor. When Storm Darragh brought it down, I chose to honour its life through craft — shaping its timber into useful, lasting forms.

Made on a traditional foot-powered lathe, each bowl carries the calm pace of handcraft. Every curve and line is shaped by feel — no noise, no rush, just the steady rhythm of making.

Owning and using it offers a quiet joy — the sense of being closer to nature, of finding stillness in daily rituals. Over time, the bowl becomes part of your story, deepening in character as it shares in the small moments that make a life.

⌀145×60mm

*Please note this bowl has a knot which may mean it won’t hold liquid
